V-Ensure Walk-in interview for USFDA & EU-GMP approved OSD manufacturing plant at Patalganga MIDC, Tal-Panvel.

A) Production (OSD Formulation)

i. Production Manufacturing (Officer vacancy):
◾Designation: Senior Officer/ Officer.
◾Department: Production Manufacturing.
◾Job Purpose: Supervise the Production team to achieve the target with current Good Manufacturing Practices.
◾Qualification: MSc/ B.Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of daily activity in the manufacturing area, supervising dispensing, recording, and maintaining proper documentation.
◾Job Location: Patalganga(Panvel).
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the production activity and make sure pharmaceutical formulations are manufactured on time with good quality, 2. The planning of dispensing Raw material, equipment, and allocation of manpower. 3. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of production activity.

ii. Production Capsule Filling(Operator):
◾Designation: Senior Operator/ Operator
◾Department: Production Capsule Filling
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for completing targets and performing capsule filling machine minor repairs and maintenance work.
◾Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ ITI
◾Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of Handover operational & troubleshooting problem experience in capsule filling machines like AF 90 T, Understanding of cleaning machine and area.
◾Job Location: Patalganga(Panvel)
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibility: 1. Follow up on machine maintenance and solve repairs, 2. Maintain the area of work clean, 3. Plan and organized the production activity.

iii. Production Packing (Officer):
◾Designation: Senior Officer/ officer
◾Department: Production Packing
◾Job Purpose: Preparation and review of packing documentation activities such as Batch packing Records and Standard operating activities.
◾Qualification: MS.c/ B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy
◾Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of handling QMS documents in the production department( Change Control, Deviation, and Incident documents)
◾Job Location: Patalganga (Panvel)
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Prepare daily and monthly packing records and also record entry waste raw packing material, 2. Responsible for monitoring and allocation of packing workers, 3. Responsible for line clearance and monitoring packing activity.

iv. Bottle Packing (Operator):
◾Designation: Senior Operator/ Operator
◾Department: Production (Bottle Packing)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for operational experience in handling bottle packing lines.
◾Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ ITI
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in a Pharmaceutical company with an understanding of problems during troubleshooting during bottle packing activity
◾Job Location: Patalganga (Panvel)
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. The Person should be able to finish the online documentation like batch packing records, 2. Maintain area as per Good Manufacturing Practice, 3. Responsible for packaging integrity and quality checks.

v. Blister Packing (Operator)
◾Designation: Senior Operator/ Operator
◾Department: Production (Blister Packing)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for operational experience in handling blister packing lines.
◾Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ ITI
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in operating BQS-ACG machines and understanding troubleshooting problems during activities.
◾Job Location: Patalganga (Panvel)
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: Setting up and adjusting machines according to product specifications, 2. Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, 3. Performing routine maintenance on the machine such as cleaning and lubrication.

vi. Production coating (Operator):
◾Designation: Senior Operator/ Operator
◾Department: Production Coating
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for operational experience in handling coating machine
◾Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ ITI
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as hand-over operational and troubleshooting problem-solving expertise in coating activity.
◾Job Location: Patalganga (Panvel)
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Clean and disassemble the coating machine and its parts as per SOPs guidelines, 2. Visually inspect the coating machine during activity for safe operation, 3. Make machine adjustments during the coating required.

vii. Production Documentation (Officer):
◾Designation: Senior Officer/ Officer
◾Department: Production Documentation
◾Job Purpose: Preparation and review of production quality management documents
◾Qualification: MSc/ B.Pharmacy
◾Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical documentation department

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Handling QMS Documentation, 2. Review and update of controlled documents, 3. Compile and complete the necessary documentation for updating SOPs, Work Instructions, and forms.
