Anthea Pharma is Hiring for Quality Assurance Jobs in Hyderabad in various sections like Validation, IPQA, QMS, and Veder Qualification on 30 March 2024.

I. Quality Assurance- Validation
◾Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive
◾Department: Quality Assurance- Validation
◾Quality Assurance Validation Job Description: Having experience in Injectable- IQ/OQ/PQ of process equipment, utilities, lab equipment and instruments, SOPs, Protocol preparation, execution, Compilation, and report preparation.
◾Job Purpose: Establishing documented evidence that provides a high degree of assurance to process.
◾Qualification: MSc/ B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 02 to 08 years.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Job Location: Hyderabad
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring that the project team is aware of validation requirements, 2. Reviewing validation plans, protocols, and validation reports of relevant projects for adherence to good practices and company procedures.

ii. Quality Assurance – IPQA
◾Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive
◾Department: QualittyAssurance- IPQA
◾Quality Assurance IPQA Job Description: Having experience in Injectable- Line clearance activities, sampling activities, BMR review, and QMS activities of manufacturing operations.
◾Job Purpose: To perform in-process Quality Assurance IPQA checks to ensure cGMP compliance following the approved SOPs
◾Qualification: MSc/ B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 02 to 08 Years
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. To perform line clearance activity before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, and labeling, 2. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness in the departments.

iii. Quality Assurance Engineer
◾Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive
◾Department: Engineering Assurance
◾Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description: Having Experience in Injectables- Review of Calibrations, Preventive maintenance programs, Review of utility systems and process equipment data, Review of alarms, Audit trails, drawings, investigations, and Handling of Breakdowns.
◾Job Purpose: Maintain equipment, design manufacturing processes and maintain strategic oversight of the sterile processing environment.
◾Qualification: MSc/ B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 02 to 08 Years
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Quality assurance engineers test and evaluate medical devices to ensure they meet all safety and performance requirements, 2. Evaluating the process capability of equipment and delivering reports to senior management.

iv. Quality Assurance- QMS
◾Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive
◾Department: Quality Assurance- QMS
◾Job Description: Having experience in Injectable- handling of process and non-process incidents/ Investigations, CAPA, and Change Controls.
◾Job Purpose: Review quality assurance processes and procedures at the site level to ensure product quality.
◾Qualification: MSc/ B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 02 to 08 Years
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that team members are properly trained and qualified and that training tracking and documentation are accurate and maintained on time, 2. Develop, manage, and maintain improvement of QA programs, policies, and procedures, 3. Development, review, and approval of facility and equipment validation.

v. Quality Assurance- Vendor Qualification
◾Designation: Senior Executive/ Executive
◾Department: Quality Assurance
◾Job Description: Having experience in Injectable- Experience in vendor audits (RM, PPM, SPM, Consumables, Lab testings, External service provider)and preparation of Quality technical agreements.
◾Job Purpose: Perform evaluation of vendor quality score and select vendors for risk-based qualification
◾Qualification: MSc/ B Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 02 to 08 Years
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and establish quality and supplier agreements, 2. Prepare and update approved vendor/ supplier list periodically, 3. Performed vendor audits as assigned and produced audit reports within the defined time.
