A) Production (Injectable Plant)

I. Production Technician Vacancy
◾Designation: Operator / Technician
◾Department: Production (Injectable Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Expertise in batch manufacturing and fulfilling the requirements for applicable quality procedures.
◾Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BSc
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of exposure to handling equipment like Groninger vial filling, Fedegari Autoclave, NKP vial filling machine, lyophilized, and Spray dryer in the Pharmaceutical production department.
◾Job Location: Sun Pharma Injectable Plant Baska, Vadodara.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Experience in sterile manufacturing suspension/ emulsion/ BFS as well as SKID operation, 2. Working as per instruction provided by senior to achieve daily production plan, 3. Perform and ensure the equipment cleaning start-up activities and line clearance, 4. Ensuring practices like documentation, labeling, and log book online filling throughout the operation.

ii. Production Officer Vacancy
◾Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
◾Department: Production (Injectable Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Handling equipment supervision and maintenance follow-up with complete documentation.
◾Qualification: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in handling sterile manufacturing, aseptic processes, complex manufacturing, and good knowledge of CIP / QMS systems in the pharmaceutical production department.
◾Job Location: Sun Pharma Injectable Plant Baska, Vadodara.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring schedule of preventive maintenance of production department and machineries for optimum performance, 2. Ensuring appropriate inventory of consumables in the department for smooth functioning, 3. Reviewing documents like Standard operating procedure and manufacturing records, 4. Provide training and basic safety guidelines during operation.

B) Engineering
◾Designation: Officer / Executive
◾Department: Engineering (Plant Maintenance / Water system)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for carrying out all preventive maintenance activities as per schedules.
◾Qualification: B.E- Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumental Engineering.
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in maintenance of sterile manufacturing plant, autoclave, vial ampoule, freeze dryer machine, and also maintenance of water system in the Pharmaceutical Engineering Department.
Job Location: Sun Pharma Injectable Plant Baska, Vadodara.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and machinery used in the pharma industry, 2. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance activity, 3. collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process development, 4. Assist in the installation and qualification of the new equipment and machinery.

C) Quality Assurance
◾Designation: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
◾Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for maintaining product quality and compliance in the plant at each level like acquiring raw material to dispatch finished product.
◾Qualification: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in handling IPQA activities and QMS of parenteral manufacturing plant systems.
◾Job Location: Sun Pharma Injectable Plant Baska, Vadodara.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality standards are followed across the manufacturing site, 2. Review batch records and prepare of batch review checklist, 3. Verification of log book in the respective areas and perform a daily walkthrough in respective areas, 4. Preparation of Standard operating procedure and ensuring every employee follows good documentation practices.

D) Micro Department
◾Designation: Officer/ Senior Officer/ Executive
◾Department: Micro
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for submitting trend data to QA for the preparation of Annual product quality reviews of drug substances or drug products.
◾Qualification: MSc Microbiology
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in Bio Burden testing, EM activity, Endotoxin testing, Sterility testing, and Microbiological media preparation.
◾Job Location: Sun Pharma Injectable Plant Baska, Vadodara.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring proper sanitation, cleaning, and housekeeping in departments, 2. Verifying and Arrangements adequate media, reagents, and other requirements for a lab, 3. Sampling, analysis, and reporting of raw materials, stability samples, potable water, and recording microbiological test results to verify data before release, 4.
