i. Production Manufacturing Vacancy
◾Designation: Trainee / Officer / Executive
◾Department: Production Tablet (Granulation, Compression, & Coating)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for planning coordination and control of the manufacturing plant process of finished quality products.
◾Qualification: BSc / MSc / B Pharmacy / M Pharm.
◾Experience: 0-5 Years of experience in a regulatory-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing department.
◾Job Location: Cadila Pharma, Dholka plant, Ahmedabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for allocation of manpower and utilization of manufacturing materials, equipment, and cost-effective process, 2. Verify, approve, and implement departmental SOPs as per current guidelines, 3. Responsible for product quality and improvisation of area and types of equipment.
ii. Quality Assurance
◾Designation: Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager
◾Department: Quality Assurance (Formulation Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Performing manual, automation, and statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity.
◾Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M. Pharm
◾Experience: 1-5 Years of exposure in IPQA, QMS, and Documentation activities in the Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Department.
◾Job Location: Cadila Pharma, Dholka plant, Ahmedabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for audit preparation, compliance reports and responses preparation, and review of documents, 2. Prepare annual product quality reports, and product-related quality (PQRS/APRs) reports 3. To prepare training modules and organize training in GMP, 4. Review batch manufacturing records and packing records.
iii. Quality Control
◾Designation: Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager
◾Department: Quality Control (Formulation Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for performing analytical testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
◾Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 1-5 Years of experience in HPLC, RM, Stability, GC, Qualification, and good knowledge of Good laboratory practices (GLP).
◾Job Location: Cadila Pharma, Dholka plant, Ahmedabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, 2. Maintain QMS and GDP systems including relevant processes, and documentation, 3. Participate in meetings relating to deviations and product non-conformance, 4. Prepare/revise QC-related SOPs and any other duties related to QA/QC.
