A) Production (Injectable):
i. Technician/ Operator Vacancy:-
◾Designation: Technician/ Operator.
◾Department: Production (Liquid Injection or DPI).
◾Job Purpose: Operators play a vital role in ensuring the effective manufacturing of liquid products while adhering to quality standards.
◾Qualification: Diploma Pharmacy/ ITI/Diploma Engineering
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in Vial Washing, Vial Filling & Sealing, and Autoclave.
◾Job Location: Sikkim.
◾Shift type: Rotating Shift.
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. Operate and monitor equipment used in liquid pharmaceuticals, 2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate manufacturing, 3. Complete production documentation and maintain valid records.
ii. Officer Vacancy:-
◾Designation: Senior Officer, Officer.
◾Department: Production (Liquid Injection or DPI).
◾Job Purpose: Developing and implementing processes for liquid injectable and DPI products.
◾Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of knowledge in Autoclave, Vial washing, Vial Filling and Sealing.
◾Job Location: Sikkim
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. Utilization of equipment and Manpower handling, 2. Monitoring online processes and production planning, 3. Ensuring product manufacturing under good manufacturing practices.
B) Production (Oncology) & (Solid-Oral) :
i. Technician/ Operator Vacancy:-
◾Designation: Operator/ Technician
◾Department: Production Oncology/ (Solid-Oral)
◾Job Purpose: administer machine operation and production part to meet production safely.
◾Qualification: Diploma Pharmacy/ ITI/ Diploma Engineering.
◾Experience: 2-6 Years of experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Primary Packing And Secondary packing.
◾Job Location: Indore
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role And Responsibilities: 1. Set up and prepare equipment for production and clean it as needed, 2. Monitor production Processes and make adjustments as necessary to sustain product quality, 3. Complete production documentation and maintain valid records.
ii. Officer vacancy:-
◾Designation: Senior officer, Officer.
◾Deparment: Prodution (Oncology)/ (Solid-Oral).
◾Job purpose: Planning and projecting various raw materials required and handling manpower, maintenance follow-up with accurate documentation.
◾Qualification: B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-6 Years of working experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection and Dispensing.
◾Job Location: Indore.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. Allocation of manpower and maintain equipment in healthy conditions for smooth operation, 2. Check-in process checks as defined in batch records and standard procedure, 3. to handle manufacturing activity and maintain the quality of the product as per predetermined standards.
C) Quality Assurance :
◾Designation: Executive, Senior Officer, Officer.
◾Department: Quality Assurance (Solid-Oral)/ (Oncology).
◾Job Purpose: Reviewing quality specifications and preparing suitable records for operating activity.
◾Education: B.Pharm/ M.Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience in IPQA, QA, Documentation, Training and Process validation.
◾Job Location: Indore.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. Checking documentation linking to raw materials and preparing batch release documents. 2. Identify, investigate, and prepare line clearance and inspection reports. 3. Conducting internal audits to identify improvement areas.
D) Quality Control :
◾Designation: Executive, Senior Officer, Officer.
◾Department: Quality Controls (Oncology OSD)/ (Solid-Oral).
◾Job Purpose: Monitoring and evaluating the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards.
◾Qualification: MSc/ B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-10 Years of experience in GLP, RM, AMT, Micro, QMS Stability, and Training.
◾Job Location: Indore.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. To assemble a planner of research of daily samples, 2. Select quality infection tools and support for the quality control team, 3. Prepare documentation for internal audits to improve production quality.
E) Production (Fermentation) :
◾Designation: Senior Officer, Officer.
◾Department: Production (Fermentation)
◾Job purpose: Research, analysis, and development process for fermentation.
◾Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc (Microbiology/ Biotechnology).
◾Experience: 2-8 years of experience in the fermentation department.
◾Job Location: Dahej.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. conduct microbiology research to improve the production method, 2. Responsible for specimen collection to execute the microbial technique, 3. Manage department and identify cost reduction programs.
