Intas Pharmaceutical is Hiring for the Manufacturing / Packing / QA / QC & Microbiology department on 16^th March 2024.
Venue: Intas Pharmaceutical Limited, Matoda, plot No: 457,458; Sarkhej Bavala Highway, Matoda Village, Taluka:-Sanand, Ahmedabad- 382210.
Time: 09:30 AM to 03.00 PM. (Saturday)

Intas vacancies :

Solid Oral :

◾Designation: Senior Officer, Officer, Associate.
◾Department: Solid Oral-Manufacturing and Packing.
◾Job Purpose: Monitor and complete the manufacturing operation as per production plan by maintaining cGMP to achieve targets.
◾Qualification: B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy/ Diploma with relevant experience in the solid oral department.
◾Experience: 01 to 06 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry).
◾Job Location: Gujarat (Matoda).
◾ Role and Responsibility: 1. Planning for Raw Materials, equipment, and handling manpower; 2. Supervision of production activities and completion of Batch manufacturing records, 3. Products are produced on time with good manufacturing practices.

2. Quality Assurance :

◾Designation: Officer/ Senior Officer/ Executive/ Senior Executive
◾Department: IPQA(OSD & Injectable); Analytical Review (QC & Micro)
◾Job description: Understanding of Quality Management System and preparing, and reviewing quality documentation.
◾Qualification: B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy/ Msc.
◾Experience: 02 to 08 Years
◾Job Location: Gujarat (Matoda)
◾Role and Responsibility: 1. Monitor/maintain/review records and handling of intermediate/finished formulation control samples, 2. Monitor entire manufacturing operations and conform quality standards in a shift. 3. Provide line clearance at the time of product changeover.

3. Quality Control :

◾Designation: Officer/ Senior Officer/ Executive/ Senior Executive
◾Department: Quality Control (Analyst/ Supervision role)
◾Job description: To analyze and testing of units to determine products that come within the specification for final products.
◾Qualification: B.sc/ M.sc (Organic chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry), B.Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 02 to 08 years
◾Job Location: Gujarat (Matoda)
◾Roles and Responsibility: 1. To prepare standard test procedures for Raw, Packing, In process, and finished products, 2. Preparation of calibration schedules and ensuring proper execution, 3. Provide job training to new joiners in QC and lab technicians.

4. Microbiology :

◾Designation: Senior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Executive/ Executive
◾Department: Microbiology (Analyst / Supervision role)
◾Job description: To monitor environmental conditions and conduct microbial testing on products to prevent contamination.
◾Qualification: B.sc / M.sc (Microbiology)
◾Experience: 02 to 08 years
◾Job Location: Gujarat (Matoda)
◾Role and Responsibility: 1. To maintain good laboratory practices in the quality control department, 2. Supervise and research microbiological activity on a day-to-day basis, 3. Monitor all physiological and morphological characteristics and identify microorganisms.

5. Injectable :

◾Designation: Executive/ Senior Officer/ Officer/ Associate
◾Department: Injectable- Manufacturing and Packing
◾Job description: Ensuring that all production processes conforming Good manufacturing practices and regulatory guidelines.
◾Qualification: B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy/ Diploma with relevant experience in injectable manufacturing.
◾Job Location: Gujarat (Matoda)
◾Role And Responsibility: 1. Developing and arranging production schedules and plans to meet production targets, 2. Supervise all processes, equipment setup, operation, and maintenance on a timely basis. 3. To ensure that products are produced and stored according to appropriate documentation.
