Granules India Vacancies :

A) Production (OSD Formulations):

i. Granulation Operator:
◾Designation: Operator (OSD Formulation)
◾Department: Production (Granulation)
◾Job Purpose: The granulation machine operator operates the batch with batch records and SOPs procedure support.
◾Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ D. Pharmacy/ B.Sc/ B.A/ Bachelor of Commerce.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of RMG/ FBP/ FBD/ Wurster coating/ Roll compactor machines.
◾Job location: Hyderabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: Ensure the batch record carries batch processing as instructed and SOPs standard procedure, 2. Maintain areas of the production department clean, 3. Good Manufacturing Practices and safety guidelines must be followed at work.

ii. Compression Operator:
◾Designation: Operator (OSD Formulation).
◾Department: Production (Compression)
◾Job Purpose: Compression machine operator is highly skilled in machine setting and fulfilling and maintaining production efficacy.
◾Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ Diploma Pharmacy/ Bachelor of Arts/ B.Sc/ B.Com.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in a Pharmaceutical company with knowledge of Fette, Korsch, Hata & Killian.
◾Job Location: Hyderabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing areas including rooms, machines, and floors as per current standard operating procedure, 2. Manufacturing Oral solid dosage according to batch manufacturing records, 3. Ability to set up operations on time and documentation.

iii. Coating Operators:
◾Designation: Operator (OSD Formulation)
◾Department: Production (Coating).
◾Job Purpose: Operate Coating machine setting, Manage the production line, and work as a team.
◾Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy/ Diploma/ ITI/ B.Sc/ B.com/ B.A
◾Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge in Ohara, Glatt, Gansons & ACG Smart coating machines.
◾Job Location: Hyderabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Checking of coating material dispensed and weighing the coating material as per production batch records, 2. Maintain production batch records and equipment calibration records, 3. Inspect the machine visually during the operation and make any adjustments during normal coating as required.

B) Production Packing (OSD Formulation):

i. Bottle / Blister packing operators:
◾Designation: Operator (OSD Formulation)
◾Department: Packing (Bottle / Bilster Packing)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for handling cleaning work, setting up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine operation in the packing department.
◾Qualification: D. Pharmacy/ Diploma/ b.Sc/ B.A/ ITI/ B.Com.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical department with knowledge of Phrmapack / BQS, Uhlmann, B45, CVS, Hoonga, and Cartonator packaging machines.
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Ensuring the packaging material is used for the specific product as company standards, 2. Adhering safety regulations in the packaging area, 3. Completion of documentation and maintenance log of packaging machines, 4. Operating packaging machine daily for packaging operation.

ii. Inspection operator:
◾Designation: Operator.
◾Department: Inspection.
◾Job Purpose: Monitoring the finished pharmaceutical product to ensure the total quality of products.
◾Qualification: D. Pharmacy/ Diploma/ B.A/ B.com/ ITI.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical field with knowledge of Sensum and TTS machines.
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Setting the parameter of the inspection machine with accuracy, 2. Record and maintain the production record during the inspection operation, 3. Clean and organize the inspection areas, and set up and operate the machine on a daily basis operation.
