Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories hiring for various pharma Jobs in Vizag like Injectable Production, Injectable Engineering, and Quality Control (Chemical) section at Walk-In Interview Ahmedabad on 5th May 2024.

I. Engineering
◾Designation: Senior Officer / Executive.
◾Department: Injectable (Engineering)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for handling maintenance areas like manufacturing vassals, Filling machines, Autoclaves, Isolators, and lyophilization.
◾Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech in Instrumentation & Mechanical.
◾Experience: 5-12 Years of experience working in USFDA-approved plants with exposure to handling Process Areas of Maintenance.
◾Job Location: Vizag (Pydibhimavaram/ Duvvada) & Hyderabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Handling Experience in equipment like Instrumentation and Calibration Processes, 2. Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance activity as per procedures, 3. Coordinate with other departments & monitor for effective implementation of CAPA, 4. Experience in handling aseptic BMS / EMS / Engineering QMS and Water Systems.

ii. Production
◾Designation: Senior Officer / Executive
◾Department: Injectable Production
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for handling the filling operation of PFS, cartilage, Lypholizer, vial wash, and Isolators.
◾Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech, Pharmacy, Engineering (Minimum 60%).
◾Experience: 4-8 Years of experience working in USFDA-approved plants with exposure to handling Process Areas of Production.
◾Job Location: Vizag (Pydibhimavaram/ Duvvada) & Hyderabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation to obtain the required quantity, 2. Exposure to the activity of qualification and maintenance of department, premises, and equipment, 3. Reviewing investigation of quality management system including market complaints, out-of-specification, and change control of manufacturing.

iii. Quality Control
◾Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
◾Department: Quality Control
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for verifying and testing the medicine at various stages of production to ensure that the products meet regulatory and company standards.
◾Qualification: Pharmacy / B.Sc / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry); (minimum 60%)
◾Experience: 2-8 Years of experience working in USFDA-approved plants with exposure to handling HPLC, and GC in the Quality Control Department.
◾Job Location: Vizag (Pydibhimavaram/ Duvvada) & Hyderabad.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Expertise in handling KF instruments, IR, UV & Chemical Analysis, 2. Ensuring quality and purity of components before they enter production activity, 3. Maintaining sterile and environmentally controlled production to prevent contamination, 4. Sampling of process validation or analysis of raw materials, Packing material, in-process samples, and stability samples.
