Granules Walk-In Interview Indore 2024 in Indore (Madhya Pradesh) with relevant qualifications in ITI, Diploma, BSc, MSc, B.A, B.Com, B.Tech, B.E, B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy fields and good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

A) Production (OSD Formulation)

i. Production (Compression Operator Role)
◾Department: Production (Compression)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for the following  Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Setting up of compression machine for daily Operation.
◾Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BSc, B.A, B.Com, D Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Compression department with good knowledge of operating machines like Korsch and Fatte.
◾Job Location: Granules Life Sciences, Malkajgiri, Telangana.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning of manufacturing rooms including walls, floors, ceilings, and machines as per current SOPs, 2. Performs all in-process testing and inspections as required in Batch Manufacturing Records, 3. Ensure adherence to GMP during the manufacturing of products and online entries of BMR during processing.

ii. Production (Coating Operator Role)
◾Department: Production (Coating)
◾Job Purpose: Experience in operating machines like Glatt, Gangsons, and Bectochem and handling operation and troubleshooting of coating machines.
◾Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BSc, B.A, B.Com, D Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Coating department with good knowledge of operating machines like Gansons auto coater and Bectochem.
◾Job Location: Granules Life Sciences, Malkajgiri, Telangana.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Operates and produces coated products safely using coating machines and following specifications and ensuring quality products are produced timely, 2. Clean equipment and utensils, mixer, and pump when starting a new batch or as necessary, 3. Must be able to weigh coating ingredients as per formula to prepare coating solutions. iii. Production (Capsule Filling Operator Role)
◾Department: Production (Capsule Filling)
◾Job Purpose: Operate capsulating machine to fill gelatine capsules with medicinal preparations and experience in capsule branding machine to print established names on capsules.
◾Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BSc, B.A, B.Com, D Pharmacy.
◾Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical capsule-filling machines like IMA with good knowledge of operating and troubleshooting capsule-filling machines.
◾Job Location: Granules Life Sciences, Malkajgiri, Telangana.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. To ensure the calibrations are carried out as per schedule and maintain operating and cleaning log books, 2. Fills capsule rings with empty capsules, uncoupled rings with powder, and pelletized medicines, 3. Polish capsules using a polishing cloth and inspect capsules for breakage and defective fillings.

iv. Production (Shift Team Leader)
◾Department: Production
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for managing core manufacturing and packing area and also responsible for compliance with productivity quality and safety standards
◾Qualification: B Pharmacy (B Pharm)/ M Pharmacy ( M Pharm).
◾Experience: 5-9 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Production department in a regulatory-approved plant.
◾Job Location: Granules Life Sciences, Malkajgiri, Telangana.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Creating a production schedule, setting quality standards, and motivating, supporting, and guiding team members, 2. Monitor production to resolve issues and organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, 3. Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel and report to upper management.

B) Engineering

I. Engineering (Technician Role)
◾Department: Plant Maintenance, Electricals, and Utilities.

◾Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BE.
◾Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Engineering Department.

◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Perform maintenance and equipment repair and machinery needed, 2.
