Lupin LTD is recruiting for a US FDA Certified plant in various departments including Manufacturing Production (API), Quality Control (API and Formulation), Maintenance, and Engineering Instrumentation (API & OSD).

i. Production (API) Plant
◾Designation: Associate / Junior Officer / Senior Officer
◾Department: Production (API)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for filling online Batch manufacturing Records and Assuring work accomplished by cGMP.
◾Qualification: BSc / MSc Chemistry / Diploma / B. E (Chemical)
◾Experience: 2 to 8 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Production API Plant.
◾Job Location: Mandideep (Bhopal) Plant; Madhya Pradesh.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Operate equipment like candle filters, Centrifuge, Sparkler filter, and dyer as per standard Operating Procedure, 2. Follow the procedure to receive and manage all change parts of equipment, sieves, finger bags, and punches of machines, 3. Preparation of standard operating procedures for manufacturing areas.

ii. Quality Control (API) Plant
◾Designation: Associate/ Junior Officer/ Officer/ Executive.
◾Department: Quality Control (API)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for lab instrument handling, troubleshooting, calibration, qualification, and Maintenance follow-up.
◾Qualification: BSc / MSc (chemistry) / B Pharma.
◾Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Department.
◾Job Location: Mandideep (Bhopal) Plant; Madhya Pradesh.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Sampling and analysis of process validation and preparation of stability summary after analysis, 2. Reporting of incidence, Out-Of-Trend, and Out-Of-Specification during analysis to superior, 3. Proper status labeling to packing materials, Raw materials, and quality control instruments.

iii. Quality Control (Formulation)
◾Designation: Associate/ Jr. Officer/ Officer/ Executive
◾Department: Quality Control (Formulation Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Verifying and testing the formulation at various stages to ensure the product meets specifications and determines the quality of the formulation.
◾Qualification: B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy
◾Experience: 2 to 8 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Formulation Plant with good knowledge of HPLC, UV, IR, and GC.
◾Job Location: Mandideep (Bhopal) Plant; Madhya Pradesh.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Having strong knowledge of OSD, Dry Suspension formulation, and sampling of potable water and its analysis, 2. Handling the quality management system and experience with quality control department software like Tiamo 3.0, LIMS, QAMS, SAP, Chromeleon 7.3, etc

iv. Engineering Instrumentation (OSD / API)
◾Designation: Associate / Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive.
◾Department: Engineering
◾Job Purpose: Experience in SCADA degradation as per 21 CFR part 11 and handling SQL database software.
◾Qualification: Diploma/ B.E / B. Tech (Instrumentation)
◾Experience: 2 to 8 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Engineering Department.
◾Job Location: Mandideep (Bhopal) Plant; Madhya Pradesh.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Handling of SCADA & PLC operated machine validation, 2. Manufacturing and packing process maintenance like FBD, RMG, Bulk packing machine, 3. Knowledge of software for handling deviation, investigation for root cause analysis, and awareness of SAP Maintenance module.
