A) Production:
i. Production (Officer):
Designation: Executive / Officer
◾Department: Production (Injectable Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Supervision Autoclave, Lyo section/ aseptic Area/ Batch Manufacturing Areas.
◾Qualification: M Pharmacy / B Pharmacy / BSc / MSc.
◾Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Production department.
◾Job Location: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Injectable Unit- Sanand.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Controlling parameters for production, dispensing the material with specific ranges as per documents and guidelines, 2. Supervised and worked in the Batch preparation area, Filling area, Washing section, Visual section, and packing section, 3. Handling the deviation in the manufacturing process.
ii. Production (Operator)
◾Designation: Operator
◾Department: Production (Injectable Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Experience in handling isolators, VHP-based filling, and also experience with Ampho/ Bupivacaine.
◾Qualification: ITI / Diploma
◾Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Production department.
◾Job Location: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Injectable Unit- Sanand.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of vial washing, Skid test operation, Filling, and leak test, 2. Maintaining the BMR, log book, and all process-related documents online, 3. Responsible for production-related tasks and routine activities as per SOP and cGMP norms.
iii. Quality Assurance
◾Designation: Executive / Officer
◾Department: Quality Assurance ( Validation, Qualification, IPQA, QMS)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for reviewing BMR/BPR, Process validation reports, in-process testing, sampling line clearance, and equipment qualification.
◾Qualification: M Pharmacy / B Pharmacy / MSc / BSc.
◾Experience: 2 to 6 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Department.
◾Job Location: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Injectable Unit- Sanand.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Handling knowledge of Change control, CAPA, Deviation, Investigation, and Audit Management, 2. Experience in Issuance and retrieval of GMP documents, IPQA process, And Batch release activities, 3. Working experience with SAP, Trackwise, and other related software.
iv. Quality Control
◾Designation: Executive / Officer
◾Department: Quality Control (Injectable Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for analysis of the finished product, raw material inspection, in-process, and stability samples as process validation.
◾Qualification: M Pharm / B Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
◾Experience: 2 to 5 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Department.
◾Job Location: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Injectable Unit- Sanand.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining calibration records of instruments and preparing trend analysis of finished products, 2. Responsible for operative level documents like Standard operating procedure (SOP), Certificate of Analysis (COA), 3. Exposure to various instruments software like empower 3, LIMS, and handling QMS-related activity.
v. Microbiology
◾Designation: Executive / Officer
◾Department: Microbiology (Injectable Plant)
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for Media preparation, Media stock, Media consumption record, and related documentation like (reviewing SOP, validation protocol, and reports).
◾Qualification: Msc / Bsc.
◾Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Microbiology Department.
◾Job Location: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Injectable Unit- Sanand.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift.
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Environmental monitoring of the Microbiology, Production, and Isolators by settle plate and air sampling, 2. Responsible for Sampling, MLT analysis, Media preparation, Steerlyzation & GPT of the media, 3. Responsible for checking the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment.
