Alkem Laboratories Walk-In-Interview For Formulation Manufacturing Facility based at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

A) Production: 

i. Production Manufacturing (Officer):
◾Designation: Executive/ Senior Officer
◾Department: Production Manufacturing
◾Job Purpose: Production Planning, Manpower allocation, and control of the pharmaceutical production process.
◾Qualification: B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy
◾Experience: 2-6 Years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
◾Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Planning of various raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients for requirements of the department, 2. Responsible for monitoring the output of production, 3. Maintain safety norms and current good manufacturing practices during all production activities.

ii. Manufacturing (Operator/ Technician)
◾Designation: Operator/ Technician
◾Department: Production Manufacturing
◾Job Purpose: Conduct operations in a manner that promotes Safety norms and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
◾Qualification: ITI/ Diploma
◾Experience: 2-10 Years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of manufacturing machines: Granulation(FBD/RMG); Compression(Sejong/ KORSCH/ LEGACY/ GEA); Coating: Auto coater(GLATT)
◾Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and responsibilities: 1. Follow GMP and safety instructions during work and accurate entry place in batch records, 2. Execute manufacturing processes according to batch manufacturing records and standard operating procedures.

iii. Packing (Operator/ Technician):
◾Designation: Operator/ Technician
◾Department: Production Packing
◾Job Purpose: Responsible for adjusting machine settings to complete the packaging activity.
◾Qualification: ITI/ Diploma
◾Experience: 2-10 Years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of Packing machines: (CVC/Auto Cartonator/ Track & Trace/ Inspection); Blister packing machines: (BQS/Hi-cart/Aggregation).
◾Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring all machines are working properly and executing processes like stacking, packing cartoning, and also in-process checks, 2. Completion of batch production records and logbook documentation on time with accuracy, 3. Clean the packing area after the changeover and attach identifying tags.

B) Quality Assurance: (Officer)

◾Designation: Executive/ Senior Officer
◾Department: Quality Assurance
◾Job Purpose: Develop strategies and production policies to improve the production process.
◾Qualification: B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy
◾Experience: 2-6 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical field with knowledge of IPQA (Mfg & Packing) and shop floor activities.
◾Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Roles And Responsibilities: 1. Prepare updated quality documentation based on international organization standardization (ISO), 2. Conduct internal quality audits to improve the quality of formulations, 3. Identify the ways to eliminate production waste.

C) Quality Control: (Officer)

◾Designation: Executive/ Senior Officer
◾Department: Quality Control
◾Job Purpose: To ensure availability of current specifications, and record raw data and analytical results.
◾Qualification: B.Pharmacy/ MSc- Chemistry
◾Experience: 2-6 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of Finish Product/ Stability Study & Instrumental analysis (GC/ HPLC)
◾Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
◾Shift Type: Rotational Shift
◾Role and Responsibilities: 1. Perform Sampling, Analysis, and Reporting of Raw Materials, finished product, and Routine analysis, 2. Preparation of the volumetric solution, and buffer solution, 3. Provide job training to the newly joined employees.
